Description:

Responsibilities:
1 is responsible for creating customer satisfaction survey mechanism to carry out the purpose of the customer satisfaction survey and assessment of the annual customer satisfaction ranking ;
(2) the customer will recruit members , maintenance and service , collect, collate and analyze customer feedback , including questions and suggestions of products, services , etc., to promote and improve service quality improvement of products and services and all aspects of property customer focus point ; and production -related analysis reports ;
3 is responsible for negotiations and cooperation with the business units and submit feasibility plan to submit the audit ;
4 preparation of annual customer event planning , customer activity to complete the planning , promotion, organization of work , and the effect of the program of activities of the audit and evaluation ;
5 overall responsible for project sales , delivery, occupancy phases of customer relationship maintenance , care work ;
6 to complete the work within a matter other duties .


Requirements
1 large real estate companies , luxury hotels or worked in customer relations luxury real estate properties senior customer service manager is preferred ;
2 customers will be familiar with the operating mode , the familiar Hangzhou and the surrounding areas of commercial and real estate markets ;
3 strong organization , planning , control, coordination and interpersonal skills, adaptability ;
4 there is a strong sense of teamwork ;
5 Office software proficiency .
